Today is the winter solstice, otherwise known as the shortest day/longest night of the year. In some traditions, this is the time for us to to turn inward and reflect on what has and has not been nourishing us.
From last week we talked about some habits that we would like to bring into our life that is beneficial for us, this week we want to reflect on what might we want to let go of.
