Hope you’re having a good start to the holidays. As we’ve been working on our holiday series, it got me thinking about this week’s theme of learning new skills.
I often feel that, on the journey with social anxiety, I’m unable to deal with certain social situations because I am yet to develop certain skills or abilities to help me manage.
