The end of the year is a good moment to take a step back, and assess how 2022 was like and what learnings can we carry forwards.
This is an invitation to consider this question: What would you like more of in 2023?
I personally enjoy asking myself these questions first:
- What/who was giving me energy?
- What/who was draining my energy?
- What habits consistently helped me feel good?
- What habits consistently made me feel bad?
