Hi everyone, hope you’re having a good week so far and a warm welcome to our new members! ☺️
We’re hoping to build this community to be a safe space where you can understand yourself better and feel supported in the journey to overcoming anxious patterns that might be holding you back.
That’s why this week I’d like us to reflect on the value of doing small, new things for the first time.
For me, something I tried this week is intentionally ignoring some messages that people sent me. It sounds a bit bad to say it because there is a part of me that is afraid of making people feel ignored.
But I was going through a lot of emotions and changes in my life and I just felt that I needed some space to be quiet, reflect and think about what I need, instead of what others need from me.
I guess I experience a bit of fear of judgment now, sharing this, but I trust that you can receive me with understanding. And it feels nice to reflect on this :)
