Welcome to our community! 👋
It’s so lovely to welcome you all and start sharing evidence-based and compassionate support with you all. I am Sandra and I am an administrator in this community, posting occasional announcements.
We created this community because working on overcoming anxiety is hard and often feels lonely and isolating.
But it does not need to be this way.
Being able to connect with others who feel the same as you do can be a reminder that you are not alone in what you're experiencing and that getting better is possible.
Look out for our Me Too Monday posts each week to see for yourself!
We also know that with social anxiety, engaging with others doesn’t always feel comfortable.
This is why we have incredible moderators who will be here to facilitate meaningful interactions and keep us safe from spam, trolling and judgement.
I’m excited to introduce you to Sofie and Clarissa!
