The Easter weekend is coming and most of us will have some extra time off and possibly some family gatherings.
With social anxiety, this can be overwhelming and it's not always given that holidays will feel like a time well spent.
But we have a choice.
I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on these questions:

What do you most need in this time?

What might drain you and you could say no to?

What might nourish you and you'd like to say yes to?
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and tune into your body. When your breathing feels slower and you start to feel the tension pulling away, ask yourself: What is it that I most need right now?
And try to plan things in a way that honors those needs and makes room for them.
