This feels kinda weird and embarrassing to share, but I hope someone will be able to relate.
When my anxiety gets bad my body has a very strong negative reaction to it. I feel a deep pain in my chest that makes it hard to breathe, and get really bad stomach aches.
When this happens I know there’re some foods I need to avoid: anything stimulant or acid, like chocolate, citrus, tomatoes…and of course coffee 😢.
So I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations on what I can eat or drink that would have the opposite effect, make it better instead of worse.
