Hi everyone. I’d like to open this week’s discussion with a fun fact on the impact of caffeine on anxiety.
Several studies have shown that low doses of caffeine have protective effects against anxiety and depression (Learn more), however, high doses of caffeine can also result in a caffeine-induced anxiety which people with anxiety are sensitive to.
