I'm a low to no socially anxious person. So, it's really hard for me to understand how and why my friends feel the way they do in certain situations.
Since social anxiety can cause real impairments to people's lives, I would like to change my behaviour to help socially anxious friends and family feel much comfortable enough to let their inner greatness shine.
I would love to know how friends and family have supported you with your social anxiety
