In the past few weeks I’ve been sharing some interesting facts about anxiety but today I’d like to change it up a little.
Instead of a discussion, I’d like to open the space for you to celebrate small wins together with us.
Sharing them is great because you’re stimulating the reward circuit in your brain! And small wins can be anything you did despite feelings of anxiety. For example, you maintained eye contact with the barista in your coffee shop.
By sharing and seeing each other’s wins, we can inspire each other to take steps towards expanding our comfort zone.
