I was trying to be more mindful about how I feel during the family gathering and in general in this time. I notice that I’m slowly starting to feel more anxious/low which is maybe because the weather is bad and I’ve been sitting home all day and I’m surrounded by my family who are great but I also just feel like it’s not super easy to be fully myself with them. I just decided to go to another room and meditate and see if it changes how I feel.
I’m curious how you’re all feeling this Christmas, maybe we could share some of our experiences. I think it would feel good to get more perspective on my experience in this way.
