SInce 2020 thanks to working in The NHS during covid and having been redeployed constantly to different wards I developed anxiety and after breaking down on the phone to the GP in 2021 I was actually diagnosed with it and given tablets which do help. However these days I am now finding I avoid situations where I will be in groups of people as start to feel claustrophobic when there are more than three or four people around. Also I find that I get sensory overload by loud or too much noise going on at once. So I tend to find anything I can to put in my ear. Even if its a ripped up paper napkin just so I dont start to feel dizzy or black out. As when it comes to fight or flight my body just is like nah I am out then I end up waking up on floor having blacked out
