If you haven't yet tried mapping meditation, I'd really encourage you to give it a try.
I saw someone once describe tapping meditation as 'a therapy session where you also get a massage'.
I don't know if that quite captures my experience, but i know that i have felt huge shifts and reliefs in just 10-15 minutes from doing these kinds of meditations.
There's also compelling research evidence that this works. I'd encourage you to read more about it if you are skeptical.
