I really resonate with the way the guy is describing how he started to realise more about his anxiety, exploring being more compassionate towards himself and then it was really cool to read the step-by-step description of his experiment of going to a party and trying to relate differently to the voice in his head.
I am especially inspired by how he wrote about accepting his anxiety instead of trying to hide it, trusting himself, and taking some social risks.
