Today I’m excited to let you know about our new community content, The Social Anxiety Holiday Support Series!
We know that the holiday season can be a challenging time, especially with social anxiety. With an increased number of social gatherings, it is normal to feel anxious thinking about meeting new people, making impressions, or connecting with old friends and family.
So, we’ve been planning this special community initiative to provide you with extra support, motivation, resources, and expert tips to help you feel more comfortable and in control of social anxiety ✨
What to expect?
Starting 28th November, we will be posting resources, expert tips, and helpful exercises to help you:
👉 set INTENTIONS for this holiday period
👉 learn new SKILLS and evidence-based TOOLS that will help you get more in control of your anxiety
👉 learn how to identify unhelpful HABITS and CHALLENGE them so you can experience more connection, and
👉 get SUPPORT from the community before and throughout the holidays
How to join?
We created a new public space on the community called “Holiday Support”.
If you would like to receive the holiday support content, follow these two steps:

Once you’ve joined, expect the upcoming holiday series to start coming Monday and you’ll be getting it in your digest email.
